The Direct Care Worker( DCW) must be at least 16 years old with 100 hours’ experience with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
DCW works under the ongoing supervision of a supervisor to implement goat-directed and task-oriented interventions/programs designed in the Treatment Plan for a participant with autism spectrum disorder; Assists the Supervisor in all matters relating to the care and development of independent functional life skills of participant and their families.
