Our Specialized Approach to Supporting Children with Autism:
Neilo care is a Home and Community-Based Services Provider specialized in delivering Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS) and Respite Care to meet the unique needs of children and young adults with autism.
Neilo Carecenter is committed to provide community-based, long-term, person-centered therapeutic services and support to eligible children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to enable them to live at home and community successfully.
Our Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS) focus on helping individuals with autism develop critical life skills, improve behavior, and enhance their overall independence. Our trained and experienced staff work one-on-one with clients, using evidence-based practices to address specific goals in areas such as communication, social skills, daily living skills.
Our Respite Care services offer temporary relief to primary caregivers, allowing families to take a break while ensuring their loved ones receive high-quality, compassionate care. We provide flexible, short-term care in a safe and familiar environment, designed to reduce stress for families and promote the well-being of both the caregiver and the individual receiving care.

Your Child’s Unique Blueprint: We begin with an in-depth understanding of your child’s health history, developmental milestones, and specific concerns. Using baseline data and various assessments ,we develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses his needs. This provides a detailed roadmap for targeted interventions and support.
Collaborative & Integrative Care:
A Team Approach for Your Child: We believe in a collaborative model of care. We work closely with families, providing education and ongoing support. When appropriate, we also coordinate with your child’s other therapists (e.g., behavioral therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists) to ensure an integrated and comprehensive approach to their overall well-being and development.

Marie B MVOGO MESSOBO
PA-C, MMS, MAPS
Mrs. Mvogo is a cofounder of Neilo Care Center. A practicing Physician Assistant for over 10 years, she has working in various different medical setting including but not limited to hospital medicine, cardiology, emergency and oncology. Her training in biomedical interventions for autism has enable her to successfully coach parents of children with autism on how to improve symptoms of autism (diet, gut protocol, detoxification protocols …).
Marie, herself, has a child with autism and has used her personal experience to become a fierce advocate. She has been a mentor for The Autism Community in Action (TACA) for the past 6 years coaching parents of newly diagnosed children on how to get medical and school services. At home, she has assisted her husband in homeschooling their son with autism for 4 years.
She is a pioneer of biomedical autism interventions in Cameroon (her home country) and has been coaching parents all over the world.
She is the author of “Warrior Heart: A mother’s triumph over autism” book published in 2024.
Meet Armand Mvogo Abomo
With over a decade of hands-on experience caring for a child with autism, Armand brings unmatched personal insight and dedication to Neilo Care Center. Since 2014, he has served as a as full-time caregiver and home educator for his son, developing and implementing individualized behavioral, social, and educational plans. His work includes behavior management, therapeutic intervention, crisis planning, and supervising direct care workers—demonstrating his deep understanding of autism care from both a clinical and familial perspective. From coordinating services with local agencies to successfully homeschooling through county-approved programs, Armand has cultivated a well-rounded and deeply compassionate approach to autism support.
In addition to his caregiving role, Armand serves as a Supervisory Budget Analyst for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where he oversees complex budget planning for child-focused federal programs. His professional experience in child welfare policy and program funding complements his hands-on caregiving, bringing both strategic and operational insight to Neilo Care Center. Armand co-founded the center with the goal of offering high-quality, personalized care to individuals on the spectrum—rooted in lived experience, professional integrity, and a steadfast belief in every individual’s potential.
